The Challenge: Two FTSE 100 businesses both wanted to build a stronger understanding of their market position in key sustainability areas, and to understand where they should focus their efforts and differentiate going forward

The Approach: In depth research on a pre- agreed selection of key industry peers and competitors to establish a comparative benchmark with the business. Hundreds of ESG factors were benchmarked. Combined this with an in depth review of their own current sustainability practices, reporting procedures, targets to provide gap analysis recommendations

Results: Board-ready insight presentation including Review and Recommendations Presentation for pre-reading. Supporting papers outlining competitive benchmarking; market landscape & Internal operational review. New project to create new global environmental policy
